How does it work?

 

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the scheduled work.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, you may do so at no charge when at least 48 hours’ notice is provided. Cancellation and rescheduling instructions will be included in your confirmation email.

​

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment are subject to a $75 late-cancellation fee.

​

For no-show appointments, you will receive a notification when our technician is on the way. Upon arrival, we will knock or ring the doorbell and attempt to contact you by phone. If we are unable to reach you, we will make a second contact attempt approximately 15 minutes later and remain on-site for up to 30 minutes past the scheduled appointment time.

​

If we are still unable to make contact after that time, the appointment will be considered a no-show and the 50% booking deposit will be forfeited.

 

On the day of your appointment, we’ll arrive at the scheduled time and briefly review your list of requested work with you.

 

From there, we’ll help prioritize your projects and work efficiently through as many items as possible within your reserved service time.
