In-Home Project Estimate
For larger projects that require an on-site evaluation before accurate pricing can be provided.
How does it work?
Â
On the day of your appointment, we’ll arrive at the scheduled time and complete a thorough walkthrough of your project with you. We’ll review the scope of work, take necessary measurements, discuss your goals, and answer any questions you may have. Most project estimate appointments take approximately 1 to 1.5 hours on-site.

Whenever possible, we’ll prepare and review your estimate with you during the appointment. For more involved projects, additional time may be needed afterward to finalize material pricing, project details, or other requirements.

We’ll also discuss your priorities, budget, and available options so we can develop an approach that best fits your project.

Estimate Appointment Policy
Your scheduled Project Estimate reserves dedicated time for us to meet with you, review the proposed work, take necessary measurements, discuss your project goals, and prepare an estimate.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your estimate appointment, please contact us by phone at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the appointment may be subject to a late-cancellation fee or forfeiture of any estimate booking fee paid.

No-Show Appointments
You will receive a notification when our technician is on the way. Upon arrival, we will knock or ring the doorbell and attempt to contact you by phone.

If we are unable to reach you, we will make a second contact attempt approximately 15 minutes later and may remain on-site for up to 30 minutes past the scheduled appointment time.

If we are still unable to make contact, the appointment will be considered a no-show and any estimate booking fee paid will be forfeited.

Approved Projects
If you choose to move forward with the project after receiving and approving your estimate, a separate project agreement will outline the required deposit, payment schedule, cancellation terms, and any applicable progress payments or draws.
For most projects, a deposit is required before work is scheduled, with the remaining balance due according to the payment terms shown in your project agreement.
